 This is the BLOCK SELECT option for the image.
 Click <OK> to make this box disappear.
 Find a cell of interest, click the (left)
 mouse button, and drag the cursor so as to
 trace a workspace around the particle (nucleus).
 This workspace must cover between 10% and 50%
 of the area of the nucleus. Finally, release
 the mouse button.  Then the software will identify
 the edge of the particle, and draw an edge
 around the particle.  Select ANALYSIS or DATABASE
 to view data for the particle just selected.
